What is stopping L&D from adopting tech like AI, VR, AR, and such

The broad percentage of corporations that have not implemented new technologies in Learning and Development (L&D) programs varies, but estimates suggest it could range between 40-50% globally.

In the U.S. also, around 40-50% of corporations have not fully implemented new technologies in L&D.

These challenges includes companies that either lack the resources or strategy to adopt such technologies or are still in the early stages of implementation. Common barriers include cost, resistance to change, and lack of skilled personnel.

This is despite recognizing the need for tech adoption.
